1. Call for Bids for the 2024 Joint Agency Pavement Striping Project to install paint lines on existing pavement scheduled for June 12, 2024, at 1:30 p.m.
Agreements/Contracts/Bid Awards
2. Agreement with the City of Kalama to support the operation costs of tourism promotion from the Lodging Tax Fund. The total amount is $30,000.
3. Bid Award to Compass Construction NW LLC for the Kalama River Road Culvert Replacement Project. The total cost is $105,300.
4. Contract with Active Construction, Inc. for the Erick Creek Fish Passage project for clearing and grubbing, shoring, excavation, construction and removal of a temporary traffic bypass, temporary creek diversion, removal of an existing culvert, installation of a steel structural plate arch culvert, roadway reconstruction, stream restoration, seeding and mulching, and associated work. The total cost is $1,913,913.
Resolutions
5. Resolution for the North Fork Goble Creek Fish Passage Design Project, County Road Project No. 812, to remove a deteriorating undersized box culvert that is a barrier to fish passage. The total cost is estimated to be $500,000, and 85% of the funding from the Brian Abbott Fish Barrier Removal Board (FBRB) grant program.
