Consent Agenda Agreements/Contracts/Bid Awards 1. Agreement #24-004 with VFW Post 1045 for honorably discharged Veterans to receive assistance for food, utilities, medical and mental health services as well as housing and other emergency needs.

2. Agreement #24-005 with the Cowlitz County Veterans Service Center for honorably discharged Veterans to receive assistance for food, utilities, medical and mental health services as well as housing and other emergency needs.

3. Agreement #24-006 with DAV Herman Rogers, Chapter #32 for honorably discharged Veterans to receive assistance for food, utilities, medical and mental health services as well as housing and other emergency needs.

4. Completion Letter to Lakeside Industries, Inc. for the asphalt replacement at the Hall of Justice (HOJ) and Health & Human Services. The total amount is $486,542.94.

5. Updated Personal Services Agreement with Teresa Johnson, CPA to provide management and tracking of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) fund.

6. Contract Completion Letter with Mericka Group, LLC for the Abernathy Creek Road Bridge #2 Painting Project #1610.

7. Warranty Deed and Temporary Easement for right of way purposes from Makayla D. Abbott for the South Cloverdale Realignment Project.

8. Contract Completion Letter with Blue 1 Energy Equipment for Petrovend Fuel System Installation. The total amount was $90,655.00 plus sales tax.

All matters listed with the Consent Agenda were previously distributed to each Board Member for reading and study, were available for public viewing, are considered items of regular County business, and will be approved, without separate discussion, by one motion of the Board of County Commissioners. An item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda for separate discussion and voting at the request of any Board Member.

The Board of Commissioners may add and take action on other items not listed on this Agenda.   
