Call for Public Hearing for the proposed Six Year Transportation Improvement Program for the years 2024-2029 scheduled for December 5, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. Agreements/Contracts/Bid Awards 2. Contract No. K4792 with the Washington State Department of Agriculture to survey for and treat the Class A noxious weeds of milk thistle, Turkish thistle, and slenderflower thistle within Cowlitz County through June 30, 2024. This agreement provides grant funding in the amount of $1,550. 3. Completion Letter to Quigg Bros., Inc. for the Pacific Avenue North Half Bridge project. 4. Contract Execution to All Stripes, LLC. for the installation and upgrade of curve warning signs on various roads in the County. The total amount is $486,700.00. 5. Software License Renewal for the Cisco DUO Two-Factor Authentication for 1-Year to provide two different authentication factors to verify identity.
