Consent Agenda Call for Hearings 1. Call for Public Hearing to adopt the Cowlitz County Body Worn Camera Redaction Cost Study scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on December 19, 2023.

Agreements/Contracts/Bid Awards 2. Cooperative Service Agreement No. 24-7353-7416-RA and supplementary Work/Financial Plan with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Services (APHIS) for wildlife damage management activities. The agreement is for one year not to exceed $20,102.42.

3. The New Perpetual Road and Utility Easement for the current owners, Ethan Flahert and Alyssa Beedon, with the corrected legal description of the property from the Todd Road Reconstruction project.

11. Signed Professional Services Agreement with Kinnon W. Williams from Foster Garvey, P.C. to provide professional services to the County, as a Special Deputy Prosecuting Attorney.

Motion Items Health & Human Services 14. Contract # 23-032 with Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) is to provide funding for the Criminal Justice Treatment Account (CJTA) to provide substance-use disorder treatment support services to individuals involved in the criminal justice system.

The contract will not exceed $590,176 for the period July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2025.

15. Contract #23-033 with Columbia Wellness is to provide funding for the Criminal Justice Treatment Account (CJTA) for substance-use disorder treatment and support services to individuals involved in the criminal justice system. The contract will not exceed $50,000 during the period July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024.
