Consent Agenda Agreements/Contracts/Bid Awards 1. 2024 Affidavit of Property Tax Refunds per RCW 84.69.020 2. Uncollectible Personal Property Tax List per RCW 84.56.240 3. Agreement with Astound Business Solutions (Astound) for the provision of services to dedicated internet access, dark fiber, and associated services countywide from January 23, 2024 to January 22, 2029. The annual cost is $18,000.

Vouchers 4. Voucher Ratification for payments of the incurred expenses for the Drainage Improvement District No. 1 in November 2023 for $3,411.89.

Motion Items Health & Human Services 5. Contract with Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) for development and implementation of a Developmental Disability School to Work Program for individuals, ages 20 to 21, with intellectual/developmental disabilities who will be exiting their high school transition program. The total will not exceed $241,750.00 during the period August 1, 2023 through March 31, 2025.

All matters listed with the Consent Agenda were previously distributed to each Board Member for reading and study, were available for public viewing, are considered items of regular County business, and will be approved, without separate discussion, by one motion of the Board of County Commissioners. An item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda for separate discussion and voting at the request of any Board Member.

The Board of Commissioners may add and take action on other items not listed on this Agenda.   
