8. Amendment No. 4 to the Professional Services Agreement with RH2 Engineering for the Toutle Water System Improvement Projects to extend the contract expiration date to June 30, 2026, and to increase the not-to-exceed amount by $91,886 for a total amount of $499,886. (13944)

An item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda for separate discussion and voting at the request of any Board Member.
