Health & Human Services 11. Contract with the Washington State Department of Commerce, Consolidated Homeless Grant, to provide resources to assist people who are experiencing homelessness in obtaining and maintaining stable housing. This contract is paid on a cost reimbursement basis, not to exceed $11,737,213.00 for a 2-year period ending June 30, 2027. (14359) 12. Contract with Lower Columbia Community Action Program (CAP) provides resources to assist people who are experiencing homelessness to obtain and maintain housing stability. The total reimbursement from the Consolidated Homeless Grant will not exceed $4,694,016.00. (14360) 13. Contract with the Community Mediation Center to provide Eviction Prevention through Voluntary Landlord-Tenant Mediation and Education. The total reimbursement from the Consolidated Homeless Grant will not exceed $143,00.00. (14361) 14. Contract with Washington State Department of Social and Health Services to provide funding for the Developmental Disability Program to qualified providers for adult employment and day services, and children from birth to three years of age. Contract with Life Works to provide for the delivery of Development Disability Employment and Day Services. An item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda for separate discussion and voting at the request of any Board Member.
