DSP Ambassadors: Ambassadors provide supplemental security and hospitality services seven days a week, serving as the friendly face of downtown to residents, workers, and visitors for non-emergency issues, such as disruptive individuals in or around your business location, call (509) 353-9111 for assistance.

DSP Clean Team: Clean Team is on the streets six days a week, helping to beautify and maintain the downtown’s aesthetic and environment. Call them at (509) 624-9111 for assistance with issues like graffiti tags, unclean sidewalks, or care for our green spaces and flower planters.

Crime Check: Crime Check is the number to call for non-emergency police services. This includes reporting crimes that are no longer in process, like thefts, vandalism, or other incidents where the suspect is no longer on the scene. This is the appropriate contact for police reports that do not require an immediate response but need to be reported so further action can be taken.

Teen Text: Teen Text gives teens a safe place to chat with someone who understands. This free, confidential service gives youth experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges someone to talk to that has been in their shoes. This service is available to any teen or young adult living in Spokane. Call, text, or connect at (844) 814-8336.

311: 311 is the number to call for non-emergency city services and general city information. This includes reporting illegal camping, potholes, graffiti, streetlight outages, abandoned vehicles, or other municipal issues. 311 can also be dialed for help paying utility bills, finding information on pools and recreational activities, as well as any other customer service-related questions.

211: 211 connects callers to a wide range of social services and community resources. This can include assistance with housing, food, employment, mental health services, and more. This is a valuable resource for those in need of support or information d local and community services.

988: 988 is the national hotline for people experiencing mental health crises. This number connects people experiencing suicidal thoughts, severe depression, or anxiety with trained counselors who provide immediate support and can connect callers with local resources.

24/7 Crisis Line: Accredited by the American Association of Suicidology, the crisis line provides services for and on behalf of individuals whose health or safety is in danger because of a mental health or substance use condition and may need an assessment by a mental health professional. The toll-free number is 1-877-266- 1818.

RIVER PARK SQUARE PARKING GARAGE

• Daily & Monthly Parking: Our facility provides daily and monthly parking. We have staffed payment locations, automatic payment machines, as well as mobile pay.

• Additional Services: Services include jump starts, locating lost vehicles, service contact information for lockout and tows, and assistance with anything parking related while in the facility (direction, incident reporting, safety walkthroughs, etc.)

• Parking Services: We also provide custom parking services, such as creating discount tickets for merchant staff and customers. These discount tickets can be modified to pay for a portion of the parking or the entire parking fee.

FREE CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT

Pay Station TV slides: There are flat screen TVs located at each of our two inside pay stations (first and third floors). These are a great way to catch audiences waiting in line to pay for their parking. The specs are very specific; a JPG built to 1920 w x 1080 h. Email these to the marketing department when they are ready to be posted.

Food Court and Center Digital Screens: Merchants may include static ads on the rotating messaging on the food court and select digital screens one week at a time for up to 4 weeks total. The specs are very specific; a JPG built to 1920 h x 1080 w AND 1080 w x 1920 h. Longer, full network video or ongoing campaigns are available at a discounted merchant rates. See page 28.

Surprise & Delight:

During the holidays and throughout the year, you will have the opportunity to provide goodies to be distributed by center personnel to help build rapport and goodwill with our shoppers. Be on the lookout in the weekly merchant memo.

Table Tents:

You may provide up to 50 table tents for food court tables. 50 will last about 2 weeks. Drop materials off at the Concierge desk. Space will be rotated among merchants.

Flyers, coupons and catalogs: Concierge is happy to house special promotions on their counter for 2 weeks.

Passport to Savings: Conventions, Best of Broadway shows, and our proximity to Canada and Montana bring us many out-of-town customers. Our Passport to Savings is a list of discounts provided by you that is redeemable when the customer shows the printed version or shows it to you on their phone. It is available on our website and at the concierge desk. It can be redeemed as often as a customer would like to use it. Contact the marketing department if you are interested in participating or need to change your offer.

Tabling: Enjoy up to four complimentary tabling appointments per year in the common area. See page 29. Additional dates available to lease.

ANNUAL EVENTS & PARTNERSHIPS

First Friday with DSP – Year Round

Activations will include student music, artist exhibitions, merchant activations, and poster pick-up.

PNQ – Spring

USA Volleyball’s national qualifying youth tournament takes place over two weekends. This event brings over 13,000 visitors all throughout Spokane.

Easter Photos – March/April

The weeks leading up to Easter, Easter photos will take place in the Atrium. Reservations will be available. Easter Pet Photos will also take place during the season.

Bloomsday – First Sunday in May

Bloomsday returns each year for an in-person 12km race through the streets of Spokane. This run has become an annual tradition and national running event, attracting tens of thousands of runners every May.

Spring Scavenger Hunt & Family Fun Day – March/April

Kids entertainment, treats, spring photo backdrop, and Riverfront Park Easter egg hunt.

Torchlight Parade – May

With over 80+ years of being the largest Torchlight Military Parade in the nation, the Lilac Festival features bands, floats, military and equestrian groups, and much more.

Riverfront Park Concert Series – Summer

We recommend you register for the River Park Square gift card program. Set-up only takes a few minutes and will enable you to accept River Park Square gift cards.

• River Park Square gift cards are backed by Mastercard and should be run as credit (do not run as a gift card).

• Gift card sales will appear in credit card transaction totals at the end of the day.

• If you’re signed up for the gift card program and you make any changes to your POS system, please let us know and we’ll schedule a time to come by the store and update our gift card information accordingly (it only takes a few minutes).

• Any in-store returns of items purchased on a River Park Square gift card should follow your standard store policy when processing merchandise returns. We recommend offering them a store gift card for returned merchandise.
