Data Capture Software

We offer a flexible repair service that can be adjusted to meet the requirements of your business. If repair rates drop or increase +/- 10% as a result of production demands or changes, so will the commercial invoice amount.

Most of our competitors in the UK use self-employed repairers.

Cowin Global Services believes the best results are achieved through creating a strong and professional team ethos, which can only be achieved when you invest in your employees.

All Cowin Global repairers are on full time contracts and complete comprehensive accredited training modules (IOSH/ CPD). This approach has enabled us to generate great results across multiple sites.

Our data capture software uploads in real time to our main data capture system. All of our clients have their own login giving them immediate access to a live dashboard, enabling them to track repairs live across multiple sites and download reports at the click of a button. During the handover period, we work closely with asset managers to understand what data is important to them and adjust the personal dashboard to suit their requirements.

Additionally, as a result of having fully trained and accredited mobile repair teams, we are able to deal with spikes in demand across multiple sites.
