To provide a tool to manage, digitise and streamline the existing Freelance Group Exercise team for TGG.
For the future - Assist in enhancing the group exercise offering across the estate, (where required) with access to data insights and access to the largest network of group exercise professionals in the UK.

Using data points for analysis across operation including, requests, check-ins, spend, type etc.
We assist in developing the group exercise offering in each geographical area based on our data insights into the most popular class types, times, days, and seasonal preferences.

WHAT WE PROPOSE
- Three-month free pilot for 5 clubs.
- Free onboarding and training.
- KPI report after week 10.
OUR COSTS
- £89 per club.
- On-Boarding based on amount of clubs.
- Gig Fee & Recruitment Fee TBD.
NEXT STEPS
- Demo of the Apps: Tuesday, 13th at 10am.
- Suggested Pilot: Start on November 4 th .
- Onboard 5 clubs and complete the pilot by January 31st.
- Roll out across the estate thereafter (This timeline allows us to onboard and test during the quieter months, ensuring full coverage and maximised member experience during the busiest month of the year)-
