Whilst there are solutions on the market, these have often been designed with just a single problem in mind.

Team Management

Seamlessly connect with existing instructor teams without the need for multiple communication channels in a one-stop purpose-built app. Instructors receive only jobs relevant to their qualifications.

Emergency Cover & Recruitment

CoverMe allows you and your team to reach out to a wider network to recruit and find planned of emergency cover. All instructors on the network are vetted and verified giving you peace of mind that the instructor is compliant

Compliance

Instructors upload their profiles, including certificates and insurance, which we verify and maintain to ensure your team always remains compliant. As a venue you can view these documents at any time and download a copy

Reporting and Insights

What we don’t do

While we excel at what we do, we do not provide file management or an advanced CRM system Our focus has always been on solving operational pain points with the best tools available, backed by the largest network in the market. Our platform saves time, reduces costs, and enhances both customer and team experiences.

RESEARCH

Our next step was to quantify just how big this problem was and what the upside could be . We took on funding and launched independent market research. Whilst we found many commonly shared issues, we found 6 that stood out amonst the rest: Operators spend 5 to 15 hours per week on administration and finding cover, sometimes delegating these tasks to team members.

89% of operators frequently alter or cancel group exercise schedules, including changing classes from what was initially advertised.

Among the members facing regular timetable disruption or frequent changes , a whopping 33% cancelled their membership.

78% of clubs have no incentive to keep their great instructors and had no reward system in place for these key individuals.

92% of clubs struggle with methods to recruit new and inspiring instructors or replace instructors if they left the business.

87% had not given any thought to how they were going to stay inline with current trends and move with the status quo.

05 ONBOARDING & COMMERCIALS

ONBOARDING

When you join CoverMe, the onboarding team do 95% of the heavy lifting. The process is simple, and and fast. We onboard sites in as little as 48 hours and in 6 simple steps:

Communication

We communicate with your existing teams to introduce CoverMe and new ways of working. We use your existing communication methods to support and help behaviour change.

Instructor Profiles

Instructors download the CoverMe Instructor app via a link or QR code. Once downloaded they will create a profile including their bio and upload their certificates and insurance.

Venue Profiles

Each venue will download the CoverMe Venue app via a link or QR code. Once downloaded they will create a profile including their location and club information. Each venue is assigned an account manager as a point of contact and support.

Connect

The onboarding team will connect the relative instructor with their respective clubs If an instructor teaches at multiple sites, they will be connected to each different site, so they receive requests from each sites at they teach at

Launch

On a mutually agreed date, each venue will be made live on the system and instructors can start posting and receiving cover requests. The whole onboarding process takes approximately 10 days from start to finish.

Ongoing Support

As part of the partnership, we provide ongoing support by ‘ghosting’ the system to reinforce correct behaviours and safeguard the operation to ensure the maximum benefit
