While we excel at what we do, we do not provide file management or an advanced CRM system. Our focus has always been on solving operational pain points with the best tools available, backed by the largest network in the market. Our platform saves time, reduces costs, and enhances both customer and team experiences.
Our next step was to quantify just how big this problem was and what the upside could be. We took on funding and launched independent market research. Whilst we found many commonly shared issues we found 6 that stoodout amonstthe rest: Operators spend 5 to 15 hours per week on administration and finding cover, sometimes delegating these tasks to team members.
89% of operators frequently alter or cancel group exercise schedules, including changing classes from what was initially advertised.
Among the members facing regular timetable disruption or frequent changes , a whopping 33% cancelled their membership.
78% of clubs have no incentive to keep their great instructors and had no reward system in place for these key individuals.
92% of clubs struggle with methods to recruit new and inspiring instructors or replace instructors if they left the business. 87% had not given any thought to how they were going to stay inline with current trends and move with the status quo.

Our simple technology allows an instructor to raise and post a cover request, push this to a preffered or local network and find cover.

We communicatewith your existing teams to introduce CoverMeand new ways of working. We use your existing communication methods to support and help behaviour change.
Instructors download the CoverMe Instructor app via a link or QR code. Once downloaded they will create a profile including their bio and upload their certificates and insurance.
Each venue will download the CoverMe Venue app via a link or QR code. Once downloaded they will create a profile including their location and club information. Each venue is assigned an account manager as a point of contact and support.
The onboarding team will connect the relative instructor with their respective clubs. If an instructor teaches at multiple sites, they will be connected to each different site, so they receive requests from each sites at they teach at.
Launch
On a mutually agreed date, each venue will be made live on the system and instructors can start posting and receiving cover requests The whole onboarding process takes approximately 10 days from start to finish
