AspartoftheimplementationweproposethatCoverMeislaunchedintwoseparatephases:

Phase1

InPhase1,weproposelaunchingCoverMeacrossthe10LondonFitnessFirstsites.Thisinitiativeaimstomaximizeinternalnetworkeffectsandensureuniform progresstowardsagreedobjectives.

ThePhase1launchwillbeledbytheFitnessFirstProductteamincollaborationwithCoverMeinaunifiedapproachtoimplementation.

Together,wewillclearlyoutlinetheobjectivesforimplementation,setexpectations,andensureadherence.FMswillbemanagedaccordingtotheseKPIs,with theoperationsteamoverseeingtheprocess. Additionally,aPowerBIdashboardwillbecreatedanddeliveredforthewiderbusiness,providingtransparencyinto keymetrics.

Phase2

Phase2wouldbeimplementedintothewiderFitnessFirstclubsasabrandstandardapproachtogroupexercisemanagement.

Timeline

InordertomaintaincontinuityforthesiteswhoalreadyhavesomeconnectionwithCoverMe,wesuggestthatwestarttheonboardingprocessfortheremaining sitesinthefirsttwoweeksofMarch,ensuringre-launch,trainingandonboardingarefullycompletedwithsitesoperationalbyendofMarch.

Onboarding

Onboardingisacriticalcomponentofourbusinessoperations.Itensuresthatteamsreceivepropertraining,instructorsareeffectivelyintegrated,andthereis continuoussupportandserviceforoperationalteams. WewouldliketoofferFitnessFirstanexclusive50%discountedonboardingfeeof£100persite(usually£199 +VATpersite).

SubscriptionFees

Anofferof50%onsubscriptionfeesforthefirst3months(frompointoflaunch)acrossthe10phase1sites.Attheendofthe3-monthdiscountedperiodafullaccountreview againstagreedKPI’s.

ShouldthebusinessdecidetorolloutCoverMetothewiderFitnessFirstSites,thenwewillbehappytoextendthesetothecontractonapro-rata/persitebasis.
