In lieu of an artist’s contractual rider, the following menus will be suggested for songwriters and crews under five people. Larger personnel green rooms will move to the buffet menus. Costs associated with these are the responsibility of the client and will be added to your final invoice. Service is limited to a maximum of three hours and for backstage green room catering only.

HOSTED BARS

One bartender for every 75 guests is provided on all "hosted" bars. Mixers, glassware, and set-ups are included. Should sales fail to reach $500 per bar, or additional bartenders be requested in excess of our staffing ratio, each will be billed at $400 + . All State of Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission rules apply. Plus $200 bar setup fee for an additional bar.

CASH BARS

One bartender and one cashier is required for every 100 guests on all “cash” bars at $400 + each. Mixers, glassware, and set-up are included. $200 bar setup fee for cash bar will be added if sales fail to reach $500 for each bar. All State of TABC rules apply. For cash bar pricing, please speak to your Event Services and Catering Managers.

Custom alcohol products may be requested and will be billed to clients in full packaged pricing by the case. Specialty ordered wine starts at $65+ per bottle. Donated alcohol products for nonprofit fundraisers must be accompanied with all legal paperwork and will be subject to corkage fees. TABC Laws prohibit alcohol products to leave the premises. For every bar added over the ratio it will obtain a $200 bar setup fee.
