Welcome to Counter Couture — our feisty fiefdom of creativity. The “we” of Counter Couture is Kaelin (me) and my husband, Richard. We met through a mutual friend in 2007. We didn’t know until later that we both lived in Spokane, WA, at the same time, hanging out at the same bars, and had many mutual friends and NEVER met! But as fate would have it, we wouldn’t meet until we were both single and in Denver. Within seven months of dating, we bought a house together, got married three years later, and started Counter Couture in that same house! Now 13 years later, we have a staff of 6 amazing people. I run/own the day-to-day chaos and business stuff, and Richard is the artist and screen-printer.

When you shop small - you make a HUGE impact! We are proud to be a small, independent company based in Denver, CO, producing small-batch quality goods. We strive to source materials made in the USA. Sometimes this is not possible; in these cases we look for the highest quality and softest materials available! We still print them in our Denver Studio.

wholesale terms and conditions
Ordering/Payment: opening order minimum $150; re-order minimum $100 To order, contact us at hello@counter-couture.com, contact your sales rep, or visit countercouturewholesale.com. Payment is required prior to shipping, either with a credit card, PayPal or check. Upon approval, net 30 or 60 terms may be offered to existing customers. Late payments incur a late fee of 5% per month.
Delivery: Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise stated. Please add 1-2 weeks turnaround during high volume times, such as the holiday season, so order early!
Packing and Shipping: All orders are shipped via UPS, or USPS in select cases. Shipping is automatically calculated by weight/size and actual shipping charges will be added to your total. If we discover upon shipment that we can ship your order for less, you will be credited the difference. Packages are shipped as efficiently as possible, depending on the goods ordered.
For Resale Only: All products are to be purchased for resale only. Our products must be sold in their original packaging and must not be altered or modified in any way. Your wholesale account is not to be used by anyone other than you or an approved representative of your company and may not be sold at third party events or sold on third party marketplaces, such as Amazon or Etsy. Wholesale products are not for gift giving or personal use. We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account found to be violating this agreement.
Returns: All sales are final.
Defects/Shipping Damages: We will replace most defective merchandise for an identical item or issue a credit. All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order. Please email photos of damages to hello@counter-couture.com. Please contact us before returning any products. All wholesale orders will be shipped with proper insurance; we are not responsible for damages caused by the shipping carrier. We are happy to provide any information needed for you to make a claim with the carrier.
Exclusivity: Counter Couture strives to be sensitive to and aware of each retailer’s shopping territory, but we cannot guarantee exclusivity. Please check our online listing of retailers to see if Counter Couture is represented in your city/zip code.
Agreement of Terms: By placing an order with Counter Couture, you hereby understand and agree to abide by all the policies set forth by this agreement. These terms are subject to change at any time and you will be notified of such. We reserve the right to refuse any wholesale order for any reason.
