Who is Illumi-Nate?

A Christian superhero born from the tragedy of a lab explosion. Now when he recites the scripture: Psalm 119:105 'Thy Word is a Lamp Unto My Feet and a Light Unto My Path.' he changes to a superhero who uses the Light of the Word of God to fight the darkness of this world and his nemesis, DarkNessa!

MeetNateJr.

Nate Backpast Jr lives in Conniesville, GA. He loved working with his dad in the lab with his dad's assistant, Ms. Vanessa Sateen

They spent a lot of time at the lab. Lots of work on experiments and a special project involving the power of LIGHT was being worked on.

One day, Ms. Vanessa was sneaking around to see what was being worked on. She didn't like working and sometimes wasn't a very positive person. Nate Sr. still tried to show her kindness.

Vanessa was meddling and mixing some dark mixtures in Professor Backpast’s light experiments. The other employees were in another part of the lab, so she felt they would never find out. (Luke 8:17 ‘For nothing is hid, that shall not be made manifest; nor anything secret that shall not be known and come to light.’) Just at that moment, something happened!One of the mixtures started bubbling over and making a loud rumbling noise! A pop or two occurred and then the mixture bursts into flames!!

BOOM!!!!

OH NO!!

As a result of her snooping, something terrible happened causing a large explosion and fire in the lab!

It started igniting everything in the lab. Nate Sr and Jr. tried to look for Ms. Vanessa. Nate Sr was blown back by another reaction and had to be rushed in the ambulance to the hospital. Nate Jr. was feeling a little woozy from the smells in the lab and continued to try to call for Ms. Vanessa!

Nate Jr began to pray for his father, and he prayed for Ms. Vanessa as well. (Matthew 5:44 ‘But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.’) …

Nate awakens in his apartment. He gets up to see if maybe it was all a dream. Only to turn on the news and see the headlines saying ‘Prominent Professor hospitalized & in a coma after major explosion at his laboratory. His assistant, Vanessa Sateen is still unable to be found. Nate Jr. plans to head to the hospital to see his dad and finds it odd that he didn’t put his glasses on and was able to see the news. Is something strange going on? He feels strong!

TheHospital

After visiting his father at the hospital. Nate went home to pray for his recovery. He was in tears asking God what he should do. He kept seeing and hearing the scripture Psalm 119:105 ‘Thy Word is a Lamp Unto my feet and a light unto my path.’

As soon as he said it out loud; Something major happened!!!!...
