The McNinch House was originally home to Frank Ramsay McNinch and his wife, Hulda Groome McNinch. Built nearly 100 years ago in what was then rural, open farmland on (unpaved) Sharon Lane just outside Charlotte, North Carolina. McNinch House is a stately Colonial Revival-style home that is said to have been inspired in part by Mt. Vernon.
