It must be love......... Valentines Day.., it’s the special time when you can openly show affection for your partner, or send that cheeky card to the cute guy or girl that works in your office!! Let’s face it its all about Love, togetherness… but more importantly the perfect Gift… erm I mean day.

Do NOT forget the Valentines Day card! This day is something that he or she will be on the phone to their mum about, so you have to get a card, because if you don’t then, well you’re daft!! What may be nice is if you make your own, this shows that you have put effort in to the perfect card (never fails!)

The idea of it is very sweet and we must think about how Fab we can make it… But do we all think along the same lines on this delectable date??

SURPRISE! The element of surprise can be fab!! Do something out of the blue, like show up at your partners place of work, and take them to dinner. Or if you are ladies that lunch on a daily basis, then do something spontaneous! Adventure can be great!!

Does he or she want the 3 little words? Or that very expensive, yet beautiful bracelet they have been hinting about since Christmas?? So, you can sit and debate what you are going to do with this magical 24hrs to woo your partner or interest, or just cheat (steady now) and let us help you out!! Well…we have thought long and hard about this, contemplated the fantastic… and not so brilliant times we have had and put some of our ideas down for your guys to choose from, and hopefully it will make this year, a very memorable one!! We have thought of Gifts, cooking tips, the teeny tiny details that make the day wonderful… and much more.

Our Valentines Ideas Why not start with breakfast in bed? There’s nothing better than bringing food into the bedroom, obviously this would be a brilliant romantic gesture and could also have two uses!. You could include Strawberry’s and cream… or make a nice fresh fruit salad and top it off with Greek yogurt??

Romantic meals for two There's more to a romantic meal than rocking up to your local pizza takeaway before the closing time rush. If you're feeling the pressure to be perfect, here's everything you need to do to make romance run smooth. Be prepared Booking a restaurant at the last minute is inexcusable. It's an amateur's error and worst of all it makes it look as if you just don't care. Even if you do manage to get a table at your favourite restaurant or curry house (everywhere else will be rammed), it's hardly the best start is it? Instead, be smart. Decide where you'd both like to go and book well in advance asking for a table at 9 or 9.30 pm. That means you can go for a quiet drink first.

And best of all the staff won't be hurrying you out straight after your dessert. As later customers, you'll probably have the run of the place until

Conrad Gallacher, Ireland's answer to Jamie Oliver, suggests cooking something easy like a tasty wok stir-fry or a nice, light pasta dish. "These

closing, or until they put on a Chris De Burgh CD to clear the building.

are pretty simple," says the Michelin starred Chef, who regularly cooks for Bono and Westlife, "and you can save time by doing some preparation in the morning and putting it in the fridge."

If you're eating out, make sure you order a taxi Tel (952 80 29 00) to get you both down to the restaurant. This will mean you arrive in a bit of style - your hair won't look like you've been pulled through a hedge backwards - and more importantly you'll both get there together, as it's no fun sitting on your own on Valentine's!

"Maybe use some chillies and avocados too, to make the dish more exotic. Short, easy cooking is best, plus, it means you don't have to spend the whole evening slaving in the kitchen." Hurrah

Be romantic Flowers and presents are the obvious choice, but what if you're skint? The answer is cooking at home. Unlike just paying for a meal, this shows someone you really care and have gone to a lot of effort. Be smart If you really can't cook, try the dish out on your friends a couple of nights before Valentine's. If that doesn't work, swallow your pride, go down to M&S in La Cañada and camouflage one of their meals-for-two as your own. The best way to do this is by transferring it all into your own kitchenware and preparing all the veg and sauce yourself. Then get rid of all the evidence, make a bit of a mess in the kitchen and voila! Be sophisticated If you're cooking at home think candles, a nice clean tablecloth and some suitable music - and get rid of any flatmates/family/hangers-on remember this is about intimacy and that means privacy. If you are the perfect partner and already thought of all of the above then pass this to your partner…

So these are the ideas that the master-minds here have come up with, but don’t think we have forgotten about the single folk out there. Naturally on February 14th we singletons may feel a little left out, or unloved… Then again it could be the complete opposite, you could think Love is for the dreamers of the world and be over the moon as you don’t need to spare the expense on others except yourself! But we have been thinking of the Bachelors amongst us, and come up with a few ways to ensure you enjoy your day too… Yes, we do have to watch public displays of affection in the street, if looking around at cooing couples is making your stomach turn, maybe you could spend it with the people that make you smile, like Family and Friends. And don’t forget having a partner isn’t the be all and end all. It doesn’t shape the way you are and people shouldn’t judge your marital status. So whatever you decide to do, make sure you enjoy yourself and just think soon enough its going to be Easter!!.

31 for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series; and a People’s Choice Award for Favorite TV Comedy. Recently, the series’ producers were nominated for an award by Producers Guild of America. In its sophomore season, GLEE is a biting musical comedy that has quickly become a pop-culture phenomenon. This season’s No. 1 entertainment series among Teens and a Top 3 series among Adults 18-49 and 18-34 boasts critical acclaim, a loyal fan base of “GLEEks,” two Platinum and two Gold albums, two Grammy Award nominations, more than 16 million song downloads, the record for the most titles on the Billboard Hot 100 by a non-solo act (beating out The Beatles), the No. 1 soundtrack of 2010 (“The Christmas Album”), an incredible 19 Emmy and 11 Golden Globe nominations - earning it the distinction of being the most-nominated series of the year - and four Emmy Awards. To top it off, the genre-defying, awardwinning series has been picked up through its third season. GLEE took home four Emmy awards in 2010, including one for Ryan Murphy for Outstanding Directing for a Comedy Series and one for Jane Lynch for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series. The series has also been honored with a Peabody Award; a Golden Globe for Best Television Series, Comedy or Musical; a Screen Actors Guild Award

The cast has performed for the President and First Lady at the White House, appeared on “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” sang the national anthem at the World Series, graced the covers of Entertainment Weekly and Rolling Stone and took the show on the road with a sold-out U.S. concert tour. This February, GLEE tackles Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” in a special episode airing after SUPER BOWL XLV. The glee club’s fearless leader is WILL SCHUESTER (Matthew Morrison), a talented young teacher with hip-hop skills and a heart of gold. New Directions’ aspiring stars include RACHEL (Lea Michele), a pitchperfect singer with an unfaltering determination to be popular; FINN (Cory Monteith), the heartbreakingly cool quarterback who struggles with his personal life; KURT (Chris Colfer), the baby-faced soprano with a fierce eye for fashion; MERCEDES (Amber Riley), a powerhouse vocalist whose diva attitude rivals the greats; ARTIE (Kevin McHale), a physically disabled performer with killer vocals and a dream to dance; and TINA (Jenna Ushkowitz), a goth chick with a soft side.

33 There’s also arrogant and cocky crooner PUCK (Mark Salling); ice-cold queenbee-turned-teen-mom QUINN (Dianna Agron); and the dynamic dimwitted cheerleading duo of BRITTANY (Heather Morris) and SANTANA (Naya Rivera). With his heart in the right place, Will is determined to help the kids take Nationals, but at every turn he must battle with his nemesis, SUE SYLVESTER (Jane Lynch), the conniving cheerleading coach; and his evil ex-wife, TERRI (Jessalyn Gilsig). Mr. Schuester’s only allies at McKinley are OCD-afflicted guidance counselor EMMA PILLSBURY (Jayma Mays) and supportive parents like Kurt’s dad, BURT HUMMEL (Mike O’Malley).

In addition to the regular cast, GLEE has featured guest appearances by a wide range of talented performers, including Gwyneth Paltrow, Carol Burnett, John Stamos, Britney Spears, Kristen Chenoweth, Idina Menzel, Jonathan Groff, Molly Shannon, Olivia NewtonJohn and Neil Patrick Harris, who won an Emmy for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series for his work on the show. GLEE is produced by Ryan Murphy Television in association with 20th Century Fox Television. Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan are cocreators of the series. Murphy, Falchuk, Brennan and Dante Di Loreto serve as executive producers.

Classic Glee

SUE SYLVESTER: [at cheerleading practice] You think this is hard? I’m living with hepatitis, that’s hard! BRITTANY: ”Did you know dolphins are just gay sharks?”

SUE SYLVESTER: I don’t trust a man with curly hair. I can’t help, but picturing birds laying sulfurous eggs in there and I find it disgusting. SUE SYLVESTER: I’ve never wanted kids... don’t have the time, don’t have the uterus.

SUE SYLVESTER: I will go to the animal shelter and get you a kitty cat. I will let you fall in love with that kitty cat. And then on some dark cold night, I’ll steal away into your home and punch you in the face. KURT: You can’t prove that there isn’t a magic teapot floating around on the dark side of the moon with a dwarf inside of it that reads romances novels and shoots lightning out of it’s boobs, but it seems pretty unlikely doesn’t it? BRITTANY: Is God an evil dwarf?

Belle is back! Belle is living the London dream. She resides in the most desirable post code, she frequents the best restaurants, she shops in the funkiest boutiques, she hangsout in ‘undiscovered’ bars and cafes and her preferred mode of transport? – the incomparable black cab. Belle is glamorous, intelligent and witty, but there is one thing that sets Belle apart from other successful career women her age… Belle is a high class escort. In Season 4, Belle takes on a new relationship with best friend Ben and the new role of managing Stephanie’s escort business. The stakes have never been higher for Belle – accepting Ben’s offer of a lasting relationship means that Belle has a real chance of happiness; but Ben is her one true friend and if she messes up, she’ll lose him forever. And with Stephanie in prison for her dodgy finances, Belle finds herself being an - albeit reluctant - Madam, whilst also becoming the unlikely guardian of Stephanie’s innocent 19 year old daughter, Poppy.

But as Belle exceeds in her professional life, her personal life starts to fall apart … A series of misunderstandings with loyal, loving Ben, the unravelling and corruption of ‘good girl’ Poppy, and the introduction of dangerous and alluring vice cop Harry, all force Belle to question who she really is and what she wants her future to be. Will she give up ‘Belle’ for Ben and commit to being just ‘Hannah’ or will she cut all ties and throw herself into the world of prostitution forever? Based on the best-selling, real-life diaries of an upmarket escort, Secret Diary of a Call Girl allows us a deeper look into the world of the glamorous and intelligent Belle and has gained ratings in excess of two million viewers in the UK alone.

As Belle starts to manage other girls – including the unmanageable Dominatrix, Charlotte – she still finds time for some new, unmissable clients The Virgin, The Adult Baby, The Wrestling Fetishist and, don’t miss, Count Dracula himself….

43 But as Belle exceeds in her professional life, So what does this season hold in store for Belle? Will she finally settle down with her best friend Ben (Iddo Goldberg)? What will be her relationship with the smouldering but dangerous policeman Harry (Paul Nicholls)? How will she cope with looking after Stephanie’s (Cherie Lunghi) wildchild teenage daughter Poppy (Lily James)? Finally, will Belle go out with a bang? Billie, a woman who is just as beautiful, clever and funny off screen as on it, begins by explaining where her alter ego is at the start of the fourth series. “Belle has just come back from one of her many exciting, luxurious adventures, and she’s returned to mayhem again really.

Ben is endlessly knocking on the door quite literally! - to see if they will unite and be in love once more. And that’s always a possibility with them.” Also, adds the widely loved actress, “Belle has a new home. It’s her new sanctuary, or that’s what she hopes it will be, but in fact it’s invaded by various different characters and completely totalled by the end of the show! She’s still working steadily as an escort, but also she has Poppy now. Poppy is Stephanie’s daughter, and so she’s basically taking care of a teenager. Amidst all of that she has Harry ... “

The actress, who has also taken starring roles in Doctor Who, Mansfield Park, The Ruby in the Smoke, The Shadow in the North, Canterbury Tales: The Miller’s Tale and Much Ado About Nothing, goes on to reveal that Belle is drawn to the seductive riskiness that Harry embodies. “Harry’s this really shady character,” says Billie. “He’s Stephanie’s tame copper, and he encourages Belle’s wild side. So she works with him initially, and he pays her for her time and services, but then suddenly that starts to develop into something slightly different and more intimate ...”

Belle, who in her personal life goes by her real name of Hannah, is soon plunged into a terrible dilemma about which lover to choose. “Harry appeals to her wilder side, and Ben is far more conventional. So for Belle, it’s like Devil-Angel and endlessly conflicting. She’s kind of ruined by them both really by the end. “She’s torn between the two of them. She knows the right thing to do is to be with Ben and settle down and give up whoring and start living in the real world. But then she’s tempted by this slightly forbidden fruit really. Harry appeals to the naughty Belle, while Ben appeals to the more sensible Hannah. It causes some sadness actually. It’s quite destructive, the whole thing.

45 The great thing is, Secret Diary of a Call Girl does not shy away from showing the toll Belle’s job takes on her. Billie reflects that, ”Her work is starting to have a direct impact on who she is as a person. She’s entering that period in life where you can’t just go out and be mad and naughty with absolutely no consequences. It’s called growing up, I suppose. “Obviously, her profession is a strange one, and it’s sad at times and full of heartache and insecurity and loneliness. What she’s having to decide is whether she wants a lifetime of clients and madness and sex and a crazy, wild lifestyle. She’s having to weigh that up against things like children and family and love and friendship and unity and all of those things. And so, by the end of the show, you’re just waiting to see which one she finally chooses.” Belle continues to strike a chord right around the world. Billie assesses why. “I think people like the show because it is so far removed from most people’s lives. It’s a completely alien concept to most people, prostitution. In the way we present it, it’s slightly strange and fantastical. But at the heart of it, the show asks some really hard-hitting questions, and I think we address that more now in series four than we have ever done before. Plus, it’s fun. It’s silly and it can be completely ridiculous at times. It makes people laugh – and that’s great!”

Making Secret Diary of a Call Girl has clearly been a tremendous experience for the actress, but nonetheless Billie believes this is the right moment to end it. “I think we’ve certainly reached a point where the stories could potentially peter out if we carried on,” she muses. “I think we’ve pretty much been everywhere with the client/escort stories, and as that’s the heart of every episode, you wouldn’t want to exhaust it to the point of just complete ridiculousness and seediness.” The actress closes by underlining how much she will miss Secret Diary of a Call Girl. “I feel really sad it’s all over. There are certain aspects of the job I won’t miss. The sex stuff is fine and silly, but sometimes you just want to sit in your tracksuit bottoms and chat on the set instead of like endlessly prancing around in your knickers trying to be sexy when you feel like rubbish. That kind of stuff I won’t miss! “But I will miss the humour of the show, I will miss the fact that it’s unlike any job I’ve ever done and probably will ever do. I will miss the camaraderie of the crew and the cast. It sends us all slightly mad, we slightly lose our moral compass when we’re filming, but that basically makes for good, good jokes. They’ve been really good times.” Billie can rest assured that we will miss Secret Diary of a Call Girl just as much as she will! Watch this season to find out!

“For all your maintenance needs” The 2011 series of Britain’s Got Talent is set to be a strange one, with the new look panel of judges already finding what are being described as the “wackiest crew of contestants yet” in the nation’s capital. New judge Michael McIntyre was thrown into the deep end this week when he joined the panel for his first ever audition show… Amongst the acts who performed during this week’s first auditions were a painter who mooned the comedian as he carried out ‘performance art’ in only his pants. Entering onto the stage wearing 5 pairs of Y-fronts, the British eccentric proceeded to remove one pair at a time before dipping them in paint and painting a picture for the judges and audience.
