They are the centre of any social event at restaurants, food and wine fairs and seminars throughout the region. It is a unique region, where Ferran Adrià and the Roca brothers reinvented international cuisine and where culinary innovation continues to dazzle at the sixteen restaurants with twenty one Michelin stars between them.

This land is truly blessed by nature. Here, where the mountains merge with the Mediterranean Sea, the land and sea provide a vast array of produce all year round: wine and oil from the D.O.
