What does your team require from me? - When onboarding a new social media client we ask for access to your social media profiles, your brand kit and photo & asset bank. We also require more info about your offers, specials, promotions relating to your products and services and we require information such as FAQs and standard practices to help with the community management on your profiles.
What if I don't have visual assets to provide your team with?- No problem. We have access to multiple stock images and photo banks that we can utilise that match your brands aesthetic and purpose. Should you require unique product photos, our team can do product photography at an additional cost.
Do I have to sign on for a 3-Month contract? -No you can choose a month to month, However We do suggest a minimum of 3 month contract to our clients as this is the perfect amount of time to see measurable results. We can guarantee results from the first month, however, you will not be able to experience the full benefits of our social media strategy in less than 3 months. Most clients extend their contracts by the end of the 3-month period because they are so satisfied with the results.

How much involvement will I have in my social media? - You are allowed to be as involved or uninvolved as you may like.
