Come into Cosmo Music Head over to the repair department. They’re fully-staffed Monday to Friday, but you're free to bring it in on weekends, as well.
Present Bill of Sale
It could be a scan, a digital photo, or the physical receipt.
Gift Card or Repair
Get a Cosmo Music Gift Card or time estimate to have it repaired.
When you get a call to pick up your instrument, come on in and you'll be ready to go!
One replacement claim permitted.
If your Cosmo COMPLETE COVERAGE instrument or gear is valued under $500, we'll replace it with a Cosmo Music gift card for the full value of your purchase. If it's over $500, we'll attempt to fix it. If we can't, you'll receive a Cosmo Music gift card for the full purchased value.
