Our 1.5-hour sessions take place each Thursday starting in July from 2:30 Pacific/5:30 Eastern
Ages 15 to 19
Sharing Spaces uses a research-supported curriculum developed for adolescents who may find social interaction challenging or who are seeking to strengthen their social-emotional skills. Facilitated by a licensed professional counselor, the program provides a structured and supportive environment to help teens explore their identities, practice social skills, and experience the power of peer support. Participants will also receive two individual family sessions (with at least one caregiver present) to support family wellness
