9) Bathsheba to Cove Bay St Joseph-St Andrew-St Peter-St Lucy.................(75 x 25) inches (22500 x7500) Pixels Between Tent Bay and Bathsheba there is the foundation ruins of what was once a house. This was taken standing there. Can you imagine looking through your own window at this and enjoying the Sunrise, Sunset and Full Moon? 10) Window to Martins bay..................(60 x 25) inches (18000 x7500) Pixels There is no road connecting this trail between Martins Bay and Congor Bay but you can see that it is a well trodden path. Sitting here on my special stool in the shade taking in windowed view was, “Mirabele Dictu”. 11) Sunrise at Edgewater Hotel St Joseph..................(60 x 25) inches (18000 x 7500) Pixels Looking East from Jose River Area (Just East of Jose River) with the back o Edge Water Hotel visible on the Right and the reminisce of the Old Train Line below it. 12) Culpepper Island St Philip..................(60 x 25) inches (18000 x 7500) Pixels Many Barbadians have never seen this Island because there is no road which puts you in an area where you can see it and there is no public right of way to get to it. I grew up with Pelican Island seen from my back yard and that is lost forever. We need to ensure that this our last Island does not disappear. 13) Codrington College..................(50 x 25) inches (15000 x 7500) Pixels The pond had been recently cleaned so not so many of the characteristic lilies. This has produced an opportunity to enjoy more of the reflections. More important in this image however is the fact that the large Silk Cotton tree has shed its leaves permitting the rare view of the tops of the trees thereby providing the tree and the reflection while still providing the canopy as a frame in the same image. 14) Pico Teneriffe..................(40 x 20) inches (12000 x 6000) Pixels This landmark can be seen from almost wherever you are on the East Coast. There is no road nor public right of way to this area so it has remained unspoilt. It is a beautiful area with the path seen taking you to a lovely bay. On the way there are rocks pilled to make a “fence” like the ones that you see in Whales. Most Barbadians do not know that Pico Teneriffe is in St Peter. So here it is we are standing in St Lucy looking at St Peter with St Andrew immediately behind and St Joseph, St John and St Philip in that order in the distance. 15) Bulkeley Factory.................(30 x 13.2) inches (9000 x 3960) Pixels Bulkeley Factory on Highway 4 in St George Valley. Closed and derelict for years but still used as a loading station. Here we see the trailers in the yard waiting to be filled and one leaving on the cart road. Those of us of my vintage can well remember going there to get cane juice. 16) Cambridge St Andrew. .............(140 x 25) inches (42000 x 7500) Pixels This is approximately 12 feet by 2 feet and is the view from Chalky Mount area showing Cambridge in the foreground with the St Andrew valley and the East Coast in the background.
