ANN DODSON Born: Barbados, 1958 Education at McGill University and, BFA at Concordia University, Canada. Ann had had solo exhibitions in 1989 and 2000 and participated in multiple group shows from 1992. She is a Crop Over Visual Arts Award winner, had an honourable mention on 5th Annual Art Collection Foundation’s Exhibition, and in 1997 won a NIFCA Award. “The juxtaposition of colour, pattern and shape tend to dominate my creative thought process, whether these are explored in the Barbadian landscape or celebrated in the female figure as she weaves her unique colours, patterns and shapes.” (246) 422 2940 mathewclarke@hotmail.com
