HOWAIDA MOUSSA-WEEL A Barbadian of Egyptian descent. Howaida began painting whilst at university and sold her first painting in 1987. Her styles are many, which confirms her versatility on approach and subject matter. Howaida pursues artistic excellence, is an inventor and her originality is cherished. She is in perpetual evolution and never ceases to experiment beyond the mainstream because she dares to. Her paintings are vibrant and alive with gracious curvaceous forms. She takes simplicity and turns it into a highly complex work of art, where minimalism is juxstaposed with maxims.
