Crystle Quintanilla, Data Clerk, Fannin Elementary
Crystle models our Leadership Definition by developing hearts. She not only manages logistics with accuracy and dedication, she also invests in the people around her. From greeting staff with kindness, to supporting teachers, she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everyone feels valued and supported. Crystle’s is a shining example of what it means to develop hearts at Fannin.
Jennifer Driver, Warehouse Services Manager
Jennifer models our Leadership Definition by developing hearts. Jennifer took the lead in Hamlin Middle School’s transition by organizing the move of all items from the old campus to the new campus. She worked side-by-side with each department to ensure everyone had the support they needed. Jennifer cultivated strong relations with staff, building trust and collaboration that made the move successful.
Holli Horton, Instructional Coach, Miller High School
Holli models our Leadership Definition by empowering minds. Mrs. Horton consistently defines clear expectations during PLCs, ensuring everyone understands how to contribute to shared goals. She excels at creating a safe space for people to provide and receive feedback. She empowers teachers to take ownership of their work and make decisions, demonstrating trust and boosting their confidence.
Yolanda Marroquin, Substitute, Human Resources
Yolanda models our Leadership Definition by Developing Hearts. Yolanda has supported the Human Resources Department by always exceeding internal and external customers’ expectations in all that she does. She is always willing to help the department in any way she can and is customer-focused, adaptable, and consistently focused on the District’s goals and objectives.
District leaders recently announced Above the Line employee of the month winners! Four honorees were surprised at their work locations with the announcement they were selected. Nominate someone today.

Corpus Christi ISD, in partnership with The Holdsworth Center, created a leadership definition to guide the how of our work in support of the district’s mission and vision.

Board of Trustees honor staff
During the Aug. 25 Board of Trustees Meeting, the Board recognized several CCISD employees for recent accomplishments. The following were recognized:

• Dr. Sandra Clement, selected for the Holdsworth Aspiring Leadership Program
