Tasha Jones, Fine Arts Specialist

Tasha models our Leadership Definition by developing hearts. Mrs. Jones has done an amazing job of revitalizing the Fine Arts Department by coordinating multiple district musical theatre productions. Each production recital, and show that Mrs. Jones has led has improved each year by increasing student participation and by setting an example for quality production.

Melissa Ortiz, Police Officer

Melissa models our Leadership Definition by developing hearts. Her commitment to fostering a positive, safe, and supportive environment resonates with everyone on campus, and it’s this quality that makes her stand out as a leader and a role model. Her actions serve as a true example of what it means to serve with intent and purpose.

Fidela Cantu, Substitute, Gibson Elementary School

Fidela models our Leadership Definition by empowering minds. Mrs. Cantu exemplifies growth and resiliency. She actively seeks opportunities to grow professionally by learning new teaching practices to provide in the classroom. Mrs. Cantu has fostered positive relationships with colleagues, students and parents.

Destinee Montgomery-Knox, Adaptive Education Teacher, Carroll High School

Destinee models our Leadership Definition by shaping the future. Her comprehensive knowledge of the special education department has made her the unquestionable ‘go-to’ person for the Adaptive Education program. Ms. Knox has been instrumental in creating an environment of inclusivity, respect, and continuous improvement. Her positive attitude is contagious and inspiring.
