Leadership definition
Corpus Christi ISD, in partnership with The Holdsworth Center, created a leadership definition to guide the how of our work in support of the district’s mission and vision.
Developing Hearts
• Value self and others
• Cultivate strong relationships
• Serve with intent and purpose
Share Your Input: Holdsworth survey
Superintendent Dr. Roland Hernandez recently shared the message below, encouraging employees to watch for an upcoming survey link from the Holdsworth Center.
Thank you for all you do and all you have given our students and our team this school year and every year you have been with the district. I have been so proud to witness the way each of you has contributed to our progress.
This is the type of leadership we know is possible and present across our entire school district when we support one another in our growth and development. As many of you know, to aid us in that effort we have been working with the Holdsworth Center and are proud of the work so many have done across our district. Our work thus far has been guided by your feedback provided through the Holdsworth Talent Assessment survey. Your continued input is essential in shaping the direction of our district, and while I know time is short, your feedback will help us plan for continuing this work beyond the scope of our formal partnership with the Holdsworth Center, which ends this year.
On Monday, February 2, you will receive a survey link from the Holdsworth Center to share your feedback regarding our talent development systems. I’m asking each of you to take 1520 minutes to share your voice on this survey. Thank you in advance for that time.
