With buyers fighting to secure the property, time was crucial. "An offer from our clients was duly accepted and we secured an exchange of contracts in only four days from receipt of the contract papers. It was fast and furious but visiting the house resolved numerous issues and ensured our clients secured the property of their dreams. "This was only possible because, as a department, we are able to create time to offer a bespoke service for our clients.” What is clear is that not all lawyers are the same.
