The Cornell Real Estate Review is committed to furthering research and collegiality among faculty, professionals, and students in real estate and its related professions. Founded in 2002 as a student-managed publication, the Review prizes original work of a scholarly nature that examines issues relevant in today’s workplace and classroom. In keeping with the spirit of academic and open discourse upon which the Review was founded, access to articles from the current and past editions are available for free both here, and through the Cornell University Library system. Faculty, professionals, and students are encouraged to submit articles to the Review for publication in the Review. Articles selected for publication will be published online and, at the Board’s discretion, in the Review’s print edition. The Review’s Board stands ready to provide feedback and constructive criticism on submissions and to partner with authors to create articles that are informative, well-researched and timely.
