Dear Members of ESPA Life at Corinthia, Firstly let me say thank you for making the evening of 11th February 2016 a memorable and fun night. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting you all and look forward to seeing you enjoy your membership in the months ahead. In the following pages we have included a selection of images from our ‘Bubbles & Jazz’ evening, along with tasting notes from the delicious wine tasting that we enjoyed.

As we head towards Spring 2016, we have some fabulous initiatives taking place at ESPA Life at Corinthia including a selection of seasonal Day Spa packages with specific Fitness, Spa and Wellness focuses. “BUBBLES & JAZZ” at ESPA Life at Corinthia 11th February 2016

SAVOUR A TASTE OF CORINTHIA LONDON Here are the tas ting n otes for our wines and Champagnes hand-picked jus t for you at the Spa Party by our Corinthia London Sommelier.

CHAMPAGNE Billecart-Salmon, Brut Réserve NV, Pin ot Meunier, Chardonnay & Pinot Noir Billecart-Sal mon is one of the few remaining Champagne houses to be owned by the original family and was es tablished in 1818 by Nicolas-François Billecart. Mos t of Billecart-Salmon’s fruit comes from a small vineyard holding. Meticulous production techniques, from the use of their own cultured yeas t to its long, slow, cool fermentation, ensure that the family has 100% control of production. Th is Champagne is lively, elegantly textured and fresh with a very long finish.

WHITE WINE Barone Ricasoli Torricella Chardonnay 2012, Chardonnay Barone Ricasoli is one of the few wineries in the Ch ianti Classico area capable of producing wines with personality that are very different from one another, though all produced in the same area.

The credit lies in the terroir where fruit is d eveloped carefully in the vineyard and cellars. This wine has a fresh and balsamic aroma with marked scents of vanilla and intense fruit concentration.

RED WINE Riccitelli Cabernet Franc 2012, Cabernet Franc Matias Riccitelli is the son of ren owned winemaker Jorge Riccitelli (Bod egas Norton). Using the experience, knowledge and passion passed down from his father, Matias d ecid ed to set up his very own winery in 2009. His vineyards cover 20 hectares located in three selected sites within the premium growing region of Lujan d e Cuyo, Mendoza. The Vineyard of Cabernet is situated at an altitude of 1500m boasting the benefits of sunsh ine, natural water and air from the Pacific. Dark red in colour with violet sh iny tones, th is very complex and elegant wine has aromas of wild black berries, black cherries, liquorice and floral aromas.
