This large room has a working gas fireplace, a kingsized bed, bedside tables, a bed bench, an armchair with footrest, a sofa, a minibar with shelving above and a window seat to a dormer window. The bed is covered by a luxury throw made from traditional wool and linen blend twill with a subtle check and the scatter cushions range from latticework leather to soft paisleys and silks.

The medium-stained end grain oak parquet floor is covered with a leather-bound natural sisal rug and the walls are painted panelling with inset mirrors. Alongside the sofa, coffee table and armchair, a contemporary desk and desk chair create a focal point and functional workspace. The bespoke walnut desk has cantilevered drawers, contrasting leather drawer lining and integrated cable routes. The Armani Casa desk chair is made from high quality rusty red saddle leather. A decorative and fully functioning cocktail cabinet, encased in Shagreen Kinon panelling, contains a wine refrigerator, minibar and an assortment of cocktail items and glasses. The focal chimney breast has a built-in working gas fire with discreet TV above fireplace and accessorised shelving on either side.

The bathroom has a Crema Perla limestone floor and walls. With underfloor heating, the room has a separate WC and bidet, separate shower with decorative shelf, separate freestanding Apaiser stone bath centred on an enlarged window wall and two washstands of dark timber with Calcatta Oro marble vanity tops. An over-scale lantern complements the amenity table and there is a built-in TV at the end of the bath.
