Corey Lamothe has been assisting clients find their mountain property for over 18 years. She understands what it feels like to fall in love with an area and lifestyle. Corey did just that over 21 years ago when she decided to spend a year in Vail Valley. She’s been here ever since. Working alongside her business partner, Melanie Dennis, Corey specializes in luxury homes and properties from East Vail to Edwards and enjoys representing buyers and sellers in all areas of Eagle County.

Corey’s experience in real estate includes luxury real estate, sales and marketing of new developments, and bank owned sales to name a few. Well-respected among her clients and peers for her dedication, experience and professionalism within the real estate community, Corey is committed to providing exceptional service to both buyers and sellers.

Recently, Corey was named as the Vail Valley's 2019-2020 REALTOR® of the Year for the Vail Board of Realtors in recognition of her high degree of professionalism, cooperation with other REALTORS®, and high ethical standards. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Vail Board of Realtors and is an active Board Member of the Vail Board of Realtors Foundation . Her volunteer work contributes to her extensive knowledge of the area as she keeps her finger on the pulse of local issues that might affect real estate in the area. Highly involved in her community, Corey works with a variety of community events and non-profits and dedicates her time as a board member to Speak Up Reach Out - The Suicide Prevention Coalition of the Eagle Valley , an organization she started in 2009.
