If you live outside of the state of Michigan, you will have access to the Cigna network. Scan the code to find a provider. If you live in Michigan, visit priorityhealth.com and access the Find a Doctor tool to find a provder.
Once you are formally a part of Corewell Health, you will also be able to submit an AskHR case on ServiceNow.
