Nashville Corcoran Reverie Takes on a Titan of a City
THE CORCORAN GROUP AFFILIATE EXPANDS THEIR OPERATION TO NASHVILLE, BECOMING THE OFFICIAL REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE OF THE TENNESSEE TITANS
BY PAIGE AIGRET
On May 18, 2022, the Corcoran Group — a 50-year real estate-veteran company with 160 offices across the country — announced that its growing affiliate brokerage, Corcoran Reverie, is expanding to the Music City.
Corcoran Reverie, based out of Northwest Florida is welcoming the Nashville, Tennessee, real estate brokerage, Worth Properties LLC, to the Reverie team. The announcement came proudly from Corcoran Group’s President and CEO, Pam Liebman, and Corcoran Reverie owners Hilary Farnum-Fasth and Jacob Watkins.
“Nashville and 30A have had an affinity for one another for years, so the ability to bring together our shared company culture with Janet under the wealth of the Corcoran brand is a direct reflection of the power of connectivity that is so vital to our industry,” said Farnum-Fasth.
Worth Properties, founded in 2004, has garnered a respected reputation by Nashvillians. The brokerage was recognized as a “Best Place to Work” by the Owen Business School at Vanderbilt University and the Nashville Business Journal in its inception and in several years following. With high company standards and a team that feels like family, Worth Properties will easily feel at home with Corcoran Reverie.
“I am thrilled to be moving Worth Properties to the next level of real estate services,” said Janet Jones, co-founder and president of Worth Properties. “We now have access to invaluable tools and technology, and are able to further expand our client

services with access to our Corcoran network colleagues in New York, California, Florida and beyond.”
This marks Corcoran Reverie’s third expansion in two years since joining The Corcoran Group in 2020. This growth-plan achievement broadens their reach to four Nashville area counties, including Davidson, Williamson, Wilson and Rutherford counties, and amasses their agent population to over 200 affiliated real estate professionals.
“Our affiliates’ accomplishments are some of our biggest pride points, and today’s announcements from Corcoran Reverie are no exception,” said Liebman.
This expansion, noteworthy enough, comes with an accompanying announcement, as Corcoran Reverie will become the official real estate brokerage of the Tennessee Titans. This exclusive partnership will enable Corcoran Reverie to offer community support through the Titans network and the Titans Foundation program.
Already, Corcoran Reverie is gearing up to be the title sponsor of the annual Titans 5K race. The event will raise funds in support of the Titans Foundation.
The partnership will also grant Corcoran Reverie a far-reaching platform for advertisement at the Titans’ home, Nissan Stadium, as well as sponsorship opportunities for home-game community tailgates hosted by the Titans.
“I am continuously impressed and energized by Hilary, Jacob and the team’s dedication to growth, and their pursuit of opportunities as unique as this new partnership with the Titans. I have no doubt that both of these exciting advancements will open doors for our entire network as we continue to grow together,” Liebman said of Corcoran Reverie’s new expansion and partnership.
“To be able to share both this news and the fact that we have partnered with the Tennessee Titans makes this an extremely special day for our entire Corcoran Reverie team — both are endeavors that will benefit our affiliated agents, clients and overall business for years to come,” said Watkins.
