The Corcoran Group, with its network of affiliate offices, has a nationwide reach enabling the business to effectively serve people who are living, working and recharging in multiple locations that may include New York City, Nashville, Houston and Northwest Florida.
As a dual-affiliated agent, Brenda Quiroga serves as a bridge between markets.
Quiroga is based at The Woodlands, Texas, affiliate office, Corcoran Ferester. While The Woodlands is her hometown, she has an affinity for the Emerald Coast, so it made sense for her to be part of The Corcoran Group and to work with both Corcoran Reverie and Corcoran Ferester.
“I love the boutique feel of Corcoran Ferester coupled with the powerhouse luxury brand of The Corcoran Group,” Quiroga said. “The Corcoran Group has so many cutting-edge tools to offer that it makes my life easier.”
Quiroga has found that many Texas residents are eager to own a piece of sugar-sand real estate along the Gulf Coast.
“I see so many 30A stickers on vehicles in The Woodlands,” Quiroga said. “I know so many people who come to the area, and they realize it makes sense to own something to enjoy and receive rental income, and meanwhile, the property appreciates in value.”
The Woodlands, a master-planned community less than an hour north of downtown Houston was ranked as the No. 1 city to live in the U.S. by Niche.com in 2022. The ranking is based on community schools, the housing market and neighborhood diversity.
Quiroga described the area as “a livable forest” comprising 28,000 wooded acres. The community offers 220-plus miles of hiking and biking trails, more than 130 parks and nine golf courses.
Quiroga enjoys “bike riding on the trails and strolling along the waterway,” and frequents the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, where she attends festivals and concerts.
“I’ve seen some of the best performers from Elton John, to Tony Bennett to Kenny Chesney,” she said.
Residents also enjoy kayaking and paddle boarding on Lake Woodlands, and dining and shopping at the Woodlands Mall and the Market Shops.
As much as Quiroga loves the community feel of The Woodlands, she finds a change of scenery to be refreshing. She splits her time between The Woodlands and Northwest Florida as dictated by client needs.
“It was a no-brainer for me to streamline my Texas and Florida business under the Corcoran brand,” Quiroga said. “Working with Corcoran Reverie made me realize what I had been missing all along. The support and encouragement from this dynamic group is overwhelming.”
