Over the years RCM has invested $50million dollars with local contractors to rehabilitate over 1,500 acres of mining areas and facilities some that have been in the area for at least a hundred years. Joe Palacios who asked where they plan to find the miners for this new mine. He expressed his concern that as a retired miner himself there were not too many miners to work in the mine anymore. Cherry explained that they continue to make investments in the local education systems that will train the future employees. He explained that RCM is committed to hiring locals to work in the mine and to do that they must train a qualified workforce. RCM does not expect to be in production until 2021 which means their workforce is currently in the fourth grade. In our home it is the one time a year we can just about guarantee that the whole family will be together for a few hours, enjoying each other’s company, and sharing a great meal. This year the grand kids and Great grand kids will be lining up to “the wall of growth”, actually it is the door jamb leading to the kitchen; where we measure the change of heights, the kids have a great time looking at how much they have grown over the last year

and comparing how tall the others are to them, and how close the younger ones are to the older ones when they were at the same age. It makes me thankful that we have the rituals of a holiday that as the little ones grow up they will have the “I remember when” moments that keep day s like Thanksgiving so special. As you enjoy your Thanksgiving Day, remember one, or two things of Thanksgiving past, and remember the loved ones, still here, and ones now passed, that was able to give you the memories you have. professional team at M3 are experienced and highly qualified. We have every confidence that they will complete this project in a timely and professional manner, and help Curis further demonstrate the operational and environmental merits of Florence Copper.” McPhie noted that about one-half of the recoverable copper contained in the 429 million ton measured and indicated copper oxide resource1 hosted on Florence Copper lands, lies beneath a 160-acre block of State Land. Curis holds the rights to recover and process minerals on this land under a mineral lease from the State. The Company intends to complete a Feasibility Study for Florence Copper and initiate operations utilizing in-situ copper recovery (ISCR) technologies within this State land parcel next year, beginning with a Phase 1 production test. With feasibility studies and federal and state permitting currently underway, commercial production at Florence Copper is expected to occur by 2014.
