With over 30 years experience in residential home construction, Ron has held various senior executive positions at several prominent home builders in Ontario
Bringing a wealth of expertise to his current position as President, Ron has been leading the Residential Team at Reid's Heritage Homes since 2019. Having managed the design, sale and construction of thousands of low rise homes and condominiums, Ron's areas of expertise include managing and mentoring direct employees, tendering and awarding construction contracts, land acquisition and senior level strategic planning.
With over 20 years experience in the construction industry, Eric is a valuable leader in construction, estimating and project development. Having experience in estimating, pre-construction and project management, Eric offers the best value to our clients when developing their project plan, estimates and budgets, the essential information that ultimately determines the financial viability of projects Eric is a team player who prides himself on providing a top-level experience in leadership and to both internal and external customers
Lloyd has over 30 years experience in construction, successfully managing, overseeing and executing large-scale construction projects His portfolio includes extensive mid-rise and high-rise condominium buildings upwards of thirty stories, in downtown Toronto Through his experience he has become a proven asset in effective leadership, problem solving and strategic decision making

Revera Elmwood Place is located at 34 Morgan Avenue. The wood structure has two floors and a concrete partial basement with a total gross area of approximately 7,044m² (75,793ft²). The facility includes 102 bedrooms with 128 beds, four residential wings, kitchens, and dining facilities, as well as common spaces, laundry facilities, activity rooms, hair salon, outdoor patios and fifty-four parking spaces at grade.






Located at the corner of Union Street and Moore Ave in Waterloo, Spurline Common is a premier residential development featuring two elegant 6-storey buildings. This project includes a total of 90 condominium units, offering a selection of 1 and 2-bedroom suites. The buildings are constructed with load-bearing masonry and hollow core precast floors, providing robust and durable structures
Residents will enjoy the convenience of underground parking and an array of amenities within a total gross area of approximately 7,521 square meters (80,955 square feet). Spurline Common is designed for comfortable and modern living in the heart of Waterloo.






Lackner Ridge is situated at the intersection of Lackner and Ottawa Street North in Kitchener. The site features two completed buildings out of a planned six-building development. Building one is a fourstorey structure with above-ground parking, housing 54 one- to two-bedroom suites and spanning 55,542 square feet The other is a five-storey structure with underground parking, accommodating 62 one- to two-bedroom suites and covering 64,669 square feet. Both buildings are constructed on castin-place concrete foundations, with load-bearing masonry block walls, hollow-core precast floors and balconies, and cold-formed steel exterior walls. The exteriors are finished with brick and stone veneer, with balcony overhangs clad in aluminum soffit and fascia. Both buildings include an amenity room.






Design and construction management of a two phase facility Phase I consists of a 3-storey 124,000 square foot assisted living facility with 124 suites, including memory care ward. Phase I is also complete with a full service commercial kitchen, dining facilities and multiple serveries to support isolated dining in memory care and other specialty areas. Phase II is a 4-storey 77,000 square foot apartment building with 76 independent living suites.






Kingsbury Square, Phase 3 is situated at the corner of Victoria Road and Clair Road in Guelph
This mid-rise development features a four-story, wood-frame structure with pre-cast floors and a wood truss roof, encompassing an area of 11,266 square meters (121,266 square feet), including a partial basement. The building includes two-story loft units on the fourth floor and a mechanical penthouse. The uniquely designed boomerang-shaped building offers 26 different suite types, along with two amenity rooms and a movie room.
