Rebuilt Investments is a real estate investment firm and wholesaler that operates in Nashville with additional offices in Philadelphia, Austin and Lexington. We offer our network of Real estate investors the opportunity to purchase distressed asset — in most cases 50% under ARV. We typically source 6-12 deals per month in varying asset classes: single-fam, multi-fam, land, industrial, commercial and mixed-use.
