Sean Worl, Vice President is a distinguished figure in the multifamily capital markets of Oregon and Washington. He has built extensive experience in acquisitions and dispositions of multifamily properties and developable land sites. Sean has broad experience in value-add executions & turn-key asset sales. His keen ability to identify growth opportunities and adapt investment strategies in real time helps his clients navigate complex market conditions and achieve outstanding results.
Working closely with clients, Sean helps determine and refine their objectives and guides them in successfully buying or selling a property or portfolio. He provides critical market data and analysis to enable clients to quickly capitalize on emerging opportunities and realize optimal property value.
Known for an engaging approach to problem solving and forging strong relationships with stakeholders Sean has emerged as a proven leader within the multifamily market. His clients include institutional investors, private equity firms, family offices, non-profits and government agencies. Sean is involved at every stage of the transaction and oversees underwriting and due diligence to facilitate a smooth and timely closing process.
Sean has 18 years of experience in Real Estate Valuation, Underwriting, Deal Sourcing & Structuring. He founded the Portland Multifamily Team, The Multifamily Platform within the Colliers’ Portland Office serving private & institutional investors. He previously founded the Private Client Group at CBRE Portland and was the most senior multifamily broker at Marcus & Millichap Portland.
