Chris Roach VICE PRESIDENT

Chris has emerged as proven leader within the private capital sector of the multifamily market. Chris has an in-depth understanding of both investment sales and capital markets, allowing him to complete complex transactions while ensuring a smooth process for all parties. His experience includes market rate and affordable housing, bulk condominium sales, mixed-use, new construction, land, and complex value-add transactions. Clients find him to be diligent, persistent, knowledgeable, trustworthy and responsive. His proven track record within an ever-changing marketplace has allowed him to forge deep, client relationships while continually achieving superior results.


Teresa Lowery SENIOR MANAGING DIRECTOR Teresa is a 43-year expert in all facets of multifamily acquisition, disposition, and development strategies, providing hands-on personal execution, whether it be a large multi-state portfolio or individual sales assignment. She is based in Texas and is nationally known as “The Library” due to her profound dedication, knowledge, and insight into the major, secondary, and tertiary Texas apartment markets. Her clientele includes foreign and domestic REITs, institutional investors, pension funds, national developers, and high net worth private investors.


Ron Cameron SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Ron recently formed a strategic alliance with the Cooke Multifamily Team and brings 41 years of experience in investment sales - for both conventional as well as affordable properties throughout the Southeastern United States. He has also worked extensively in the pre-stabilized multifamily sales arena and was involved in equity/debt placements for multifamily clients. He spent several years in the institutional lending business, which gives Ron a wealth of long-term client relationships.


Ramey Peru SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT Ramey has over 19 years of experience and specializes in the sale of land for development. His career began at NAI Horizon in 2004 when Chaz and John hired him to provide research support and focus on West Valley opportunities. He joined Colliers with the rest of the team in 2006. Ramey is an expert in uncovering critical information regarding the viability of land sites and providing accurate market data crucial to the development process.


John Finnegan SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

John specializes in the sale of land for development and has over 23 years of commercial real estate experience. He began his career in 2000 with CBRE, where he teamed up with Chaz Smith, focusing on the sale of land. In 2006, he and the team moved to Colliers. John prides himself on understanding the nuanced details of his client’s needs to find the right property or buyer every time and ensure a positive outcome.
