Jaron’s journey into the world of commercial real estate began during his college years when he served as the FESO (Federation of Eller Student Organizations) representative for the Commercial Real Estate Club. In this role, he actively engaged with the industry by organizing events and inviting professional guest speakers, which provided valuable insights into the nuances of industry markets and dynamics.

Prior to the Commercial Real Estate Club, Jaron served as Corporate Sales Intern for Marcus & Millichap, the #1 commercial real estate investment sales brokerage firm in North America, where he gained hands-on experience in the critical aspects of underwriting and analyzing borrower T-12 data, rent rolls, and proformas. This exposure provided him with a comprehensive view of loan terms and risk assessment and sharpened his financial evaluation capabilities.

Jaron actively engages in community involvement. As a former member of the Eller Hispanic Honorary, he has enthusiastically volunteered his time to support local community food banks.
