Melbourne Quarter Tower (MQT)
A 34-level building located directly across from Southern Cross Station will become Medibank’s new national headquarters with the entire building is set to occupy circa 15,000 employees. Works are progressing with over 400 toilet suites confirmed for the project.CDPGarecurrentlyprefabricatingthe modular wall frames to meet the projects target dates. We have currently fabricated and delivered up to level 16 for on-site installation. The project is forecast for completionin2024
Northern Private Hospital Epping
Northern Private Hospital will feature 75 beds, withthemajorityofourprefabricatedmodular wall frames to be installed on Levels 3 and 4. CDPG has completed installation of the framesandfitoffiscommencingshortly. Theprojectisforecasttoopenin2024
