A tendência das hamburguerias chega ao Carvalhal sob a forma de uma roulotte com esplanada ao ar livre. A estrela da casa são os hambúrgueres caseiros, de novilho, cogumelo portobello ou couve-flor, entre outros, feitos a preceito com os melhores ingredientes. Os cocktails também merecem uma boa nota! Com um ambiente muito informal, este é o sítio ideal para ir depois da praia ou para noites animadas ao som da música dos dj’s. 3 Sal Burger, the latest idea by the famous Restaurante Sal, is shaping up to be one of this summer’s hits. The trend for hamburger joints has arrived in Carvalhal in the form of a food van with seats, tables and umbrellas. The stars on the menu are the homemade veal hamburgers with portobello mushrooms or cauliflower, amongst other options, well made with the best ingredients. The cocktails also deserve top marks! After its success in Lisbon, Vintage Department, at the hands of its mentors Alma Mollemans and Emily Plaister, has now opened in Comporta. Fruit of their passion for travelling and all things vintage, they scour the world for items with a recognised place in the history of design and sculpted by such names as Charles Eames and Arne Jacobsen.
