architecture of the building, where the new administrative wing is connected to the already existing section destined to production, creating in this way new environments for meetings and communication. A space of fundamental importance for the customer relationship strategy is the Customer Experience Center, located right at the entrance of the building, able to host the entire range of Durst solutions, where customers can carry out printing tests with their jobs and materials. Designed by Monovolume studio in Bolzano, the building is inspired by a project of a corporate headquarters of the 1960s that was never realized, that the two architects Patrik Pedò and Juri Pobitzer revisited in a modern perspective, conceiving a flat floating wing with a six floors tower. Durst with this project has spared no expense, since a building with a particular architectural structure requires considerable resources compared to a normal building but pursuing innovation and wanting to transmit it also through its location, the choice was

almost obligatory. The new building was integrated with the existing Durst plant, among which there is a raised garden that serves as a link and is open and usable by company employees. Inside, the atmosphere is of a modern, technological place where nothing has been left to chance: 142 workstations combine hi-tech with comfort. Then there are spaces furnished as real, elegant and functional lounges, and areas dedicated to recreation and socializing. A professional baby-sitting service is also provided for the children of employees, for them has been created a painting competition with the theme of the representation of the new office. OBERRAUCH FAMILY, A BRIDGE BETWEEN TRADITION AND INNOVATION The company, owned by the Oberrauch family for three generations, is present all over the world with 20 offices, the last will soon open in Australia and currently has about 700 employees. As Harald Oberrauch pointed out, the company has 295 patents and
invests 20 million euros each year in research and development. and co-owner of the Group. From these innovations at managerial level then came important changes, sign of a new philosophy based on the passion for technologies and markets, but above all with innovation as a true driving force for development. The new headquarters of the company is the symbol of this change and embodies the perfection of a highly specialized and globally active high-tech company.
