THE MACHINES SHOWCASED WERE THE EXPERT RS 6003 GRAVURE PRESS AND THE MULTI-TECHNOLOGY NOVA D 800 LAMINATING MACHINE Extremely fast job changeover on the gravure press was very quick: completed in under 14 minutes with only 95 m of waste and two operators! An automatic pre-washing system of the cylinders allows in a few minutes and with a minimum use of solvent, to proceed with cleaning, before being disassembled from the machine. The automatic washing system starts working
simultaneously on all the printing units used, and the operator only has to move with the removable carriage in all the units to extract the used cylinder and insert the new one for the next job.
