Whether you’re looking to organise a group tour to Europe, America, Asia, Australia or New Zealand then please have a look at the huge range of tours in our brochures. • The first step is to confirm that there’s availability on the tour you’ve chosen. At the same time, you can book your hotel accommodation before and/or after your tour.

• At the time of booking, you must pay a non-refundable

deposit of NZ$200 per person per tour which must be sent to Contiki within 7 days. This payment is in addition to any deposit required by your travel agent.
• O nce your deposit has been received, Contiki will send confirmation of the details of the booking.
• You must pay the balance of your holiday fare not less than 45 days before the tour departure date, or at the time of booking if less than 45 days before the tour departure date.
• We will then send your travel vouchers and detailed information about your holiday. The documentation will be sent approximately 21 days prior to your departure. IMPORTANT By paying the NZ$200 deposit per person per tour, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Booking Conditions as set out on p.151 which make up the contract between you and Contiki.
