How to book
Europe 2013 - 2014
• The first step is to confirm that there’s availability on the tour you’ve chosen. At the same time, you can book your hotel accommodation before and/or after your tour. • At the time of booking, you must pay a non-refundable deposit of A$200 per person per tour which must be sent to Contiki within 7 days. This payment is in addition to any deposit required by your travel agent. • Once your deposit has been received, Contiki will send confirmation of the details of the booking. • You must pay the balance of your holiday fare no less than 45 days prior to your departure date from Australia, or at the time of booking if less than 45 days prior to your departure date from Australia. • We will then send your travel vouchers and detailed information about your holiday. The documentation will be sent approximately 21 days prior to your departure date from Australia.
Groups & special interest tours Whether you’re looking to organise a group tour to Europe, North America, Central America, Latin America, Asia, Australia or New Zealand then please have a look at the huge range of tours in our brochures. It is more than likely that at least one of our trips will fit perfectly. As long as you are all 18-35, any date can be reserved exclusively for your group at special reduced rates - perhaps even a free trip for you. If you’re looking for something completely different for your school, university or club then just ask us at groups@contiki.com.au - we’ve been designing and running outstanding special tours for years.
