Project: Complete planning and permitting services for a 234 residence multiple family project, including a record timeline for the necessary permitting and approvals, resulting in the most successful presale condo launch in Penticton’s history.
Project: Coldstream Holdings
Owner: VegPro Intl.
Project: Context Group successfully assisted Quebec based VegPro Intl., the largest fresh vegetable grower in Canada, to reconfigure their 673ac holdings in the ALR. This allowed for a critically needed production building to be built on their Coldstream, BC lands.
Project: LakeStone Master Plan

Project: Involved in the master planning and approvals of this 1,400 residence, mixed use community in Lake Country, BC. Resoundingly successful, this multi cycle project, has been recognized as the Community Development of the Year by the Canadian Home Builders’ Association.

Project: Context Group was retained to assist the developer through the approvals process for a mixed density, 72 home project, located on 18ac of prime land in Peachland, BC. Our team assisted the proponent, balancing the engagement, site servicing, and environment needs of the project.
Project: Our team provided successful services for the management and District approvals for this 45 home, lakefront project located on 7ac in beautiful Summerland, BC. We assisted with rezoning, development/variance permit, dock and archeology approval requests, resulting in a highly successful new lakeside community.

Project: Our team was directly involved in the adoption of the first community vision for this rapidly growing city. With extensive engagement and outreach, the vision went on to win a Provincial UBCM award, setting up the community for well managed future growth and development.
