from our CrandallMenus Team
CrandallMenus began as an inspiration with a single focus: to create a user-friendly menu program specifically for senior living with a level of culinary flexibility unavailable anywhere else. Many loyal and wonderful clients later, we couldn’t be more pleased with the way CrandallMenus is shaping what is possible in senior dining.
We invite you to look through this flipbook. You’ll find that our senior dining system is designed for the full continuum of care–from independent and assisted living to long term and memory care.
If you have questions, or are interested in learning more, please reach out by calling 855-286-7686 or emailing menus@consultingrd.com. We have several success stories to share and would be happy to discuss personalizing your menu according to your community’s or corporation’s budget, dining styles, and/or care type.
We are here to help!

introduction to
CrandallMenus
Our commitment to our customers and their communities begins with CrandallMenus’ easy-to-use cloud-based software, which brings personalizable menus to all types of senior care. We back this with unlimited training and live support at no additional cost to ensure you receive maximum benefit from every feature.
Our menu team is comprised of some of the most experienced and qualified Registered Dietitians (RDs), Certified Dietary Managers (CDMs), and Diet Technicians Registered (DTRs), in the industry. They work collaboratively to support your menu needs, practicing and perfecting recipes, when necessary, in our in-house commercial test kitchen.

We take the business of senior dining seriously.

Training and Support Training and Support

Remember when...
you used to be able to just pick up the phone and reach a live person who could quickly answer your urgent question? Interestingly enough, CrandallMenus is the only senior dining menu program still offering this level of personal support - at no additional cost.
Of course, you can always email questions, chat, attend live webinars or watch pre-recorded training videos, if you prefer. We just want to reassure you that we are always here to help you make the most of your CrandallMenus.

Access to our unlimited training and support means you can be instantly productive, even if there is employee turnover in the foodservice department. There’s no cost for a new employee to attend a start-up training or to call with questions. We will work quickly to have your new staff up to speed in no time. And if training needs to take place across multiple communities simultaneously, CrandallMenus’ support team will customize a series of on-boarding sessions to meet your needs.

Independent Living Menus

Ask any Dining Services Director and they will tell you that meal service expectations have never been higher among independent and assisted living residents. Today’s seniors are no longer just the meat and potatoes crowd. They have a more enlightened view of dining that includes an appreciation for international flavors and an awareness of the way menu choices can impact their health.
Seniors look for seasonal, cultural, gluten-free, heart-healthy, vegetarian and vegan options. And they truly welcome restaurant-style venues that suit their tastes, lifestyle and mood. CrandallMenus was designed precisely for this - to give your chefs and culinary staff the freedom and flexibility to create amazing, palate-pleasing dishes for every setting in any size community.
Memory Care Menus

Crandall's menu for memory care and restorative health provides fresh cuisine that benefits the heart and supports brain function. This menu includes a wide variety of nutrientdense foods, rich in vitamins, minerals, protein, and fiber. It is not a structured diet. Rather, it provides an overall balanced eating pattern with an emphasis on foods that may positively affect cognitive health.
Crandall is honored to collaborate with memory care experts, such as Dr. Paul Nussbaum at the Brain Health Center, to stay current on breakthroughs related to the relationship between nutrition and mental function.
